In the end, it’s not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

I’m a firm believer of finding and grabbing all the opportunities I can and hey, what better way to figure out what opportunities I want in life other than coming up with a bucketlist?

Here is a list of things I really want to do my best to achieve in my time on this Earth, something I’ve been compiling for a while now (and to which I’ll keep adding). πŸ™‚

I just read your bucket list and they actually resemble my wish list too such as go skydiving and hike Machu Picchu and visit Australia etc

  6. Assalamualaikum Atikah.
I am so glad that I found your website. I don’t know if words are sufficient to express my happiness when I read your blog. So I was in Hong Kong and somehow felt….. like an alien here so I googled to get tips on solo-traveling with Hijab and it directed me here which I’m glad it did! I’m here with bunch of friends but we parted separate ways because of our differences in food preference coz I only take ‘halal food’ and I do not want the rest of them to feel restricted just because of my food preference. Anyway I was wondering if you would be keen to travel together some time… I’m open to adventurous stuff. Also, my official solo traveling will be in November to Egypt for 15 days and I seriously don’t know what to expect. Oh ya anyway I’m from singapore too!

    • Waalaikumsalam Shikin!

Alhamdulillah, I am so glad this blog has been of benefit to you! πŸ™‚

Wow, Egypt alone! That’s brave! Even I don’t quite dare to travel to Egypt on my own. May Allah keep you safe there! Remember to prepare yourself mentally and physically before heading there. Try going to nearby places alone first, like Johor or KL. Egypt alone for a female solo traveller is quite advanced. πŸ™‚

Do take care, and I hope this blog continues to be of benefit to you!
