225. Guided meditation


I switched off my phone, I locked myself in the room and I just did a round of guided meditation. These past few days have been crazy and it will only get crazier as my workload piles higher. With that, it becomes imperative to keep grounded, to manage anxiety attacks well and to stay calm. Stay calm.

Everything is going to be okay.

I’ve been trying out several guided meditation videos on Youtube and so far, this one is the fastest and easiest to follow.

If you are looking for lengthier ones, there are others on Youtube too. It’s a trial-and-error process, so try out to find whichever suits you best. 🙂

One of my therapies besides meditation is writing, so here I am, finally setting aside some time to write about Rainbows for Batam. It’s been exactly a week + one day since the beautiful trip, and I still feel absolutely heartened when I think about it.

I’ve decided to split it up into 2 posts – pre-trip and the trip itself, just for ease of writing and reading. Dumping everything into one post might be too much, you see.
