224. Take a walk.

After what seemed like forever, I finally walked again tonight.

Walked, in the sense that I switched off my phone’s data, disconnected from the world and just walked to wherever my heart was leading me to, explored wherever my thoughts were going.

There are so many benefits to walking as such.

Walking is a way to tap into our creativity, our wisdom, our capacity for wonder, our well-being and our ability to connect with what we really value.

Solvitur ambulando -“it is solved by walking.” I was feeling overwhelmed and uneasy, so I got up and walked.
