183. Vacant

Post-Fajr dip in the sea and walk on a vacant beach earlier this morning, accompanied by very loud thoughts.

You know, meeting quite a few solo travellers on this trip has made me realise a few key things. Firstly, nobody really wants to be alone. Not for long periods of time at least. We still seek human company at the end of the day.

And one more thing: We’re all searching for something that we can’t quite articulate.
